Description
The Program Manager will oversee customer-focused programs, order and forecast reporting, rate readiness, raw-material supply, supplier assessment, purchase-order review, and new-product onboarding in a manufacturing environment. The role requires ERP/MRP experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication and analytical skills, and frequent visits to the production floor. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business, six months of project leadership experience, and three years of project or program management experience in manufacturing.
