Description
TechSur Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to lead a lean, cross-functional team supporting the Department of Labor Office of the Chief Information Officer and Employment and Training Administration SWARAS operations. The role manages application operations, security compliance, help desk, reporting, database support, Agile governance, risk and issue management, release coordination, SLA oversight, stakeholder communications, and transition activities. It requires at least eight years of federal IT program or project management experience, including application operations, help desk, cybersecurity, or software sustainment; experience supporting Department of Labor IT programs; experience managing multi-application federal IT portfolios under FISMA Moderate and Agile SDLC frameworks; experience leading cross-functional teams; and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, ServiceNow, status reporting, risk registers, quality control, and release coordination. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain DOL Public Trust suitability are also required.
