Description
The Program Manager will oversee and manage projects, programs, and activities for Televerde Foundation, including program development and delivery, curriculum design, fidelity evaluation, grant compliance, training delivery, client support, program evaluation, and project implementation. The role coordinates with cross-functional teams, mentors Program Coordinators, and requires at least three years of experience in business operations, adult education, or nonprofit program management, along with project management, facilitation, public speaking, Microsoft Office, and stakeholder communication skills. The position is performed in an office environment and may require travel to client sites, program centers, events, and conferences.
