Description
Kautex is seeking a Program Manager to plan, steer, and control customer program or platform developments, including defining targets, budgets, work packages, team structures, change control, financial tracking, status reporting, and APQP documentation. The role requires a degree in economics, engineering, or a comparable field, at least two years of broad and deep program management experience in an international automotive company, technical product development experience, budgetary control, and good business English; PMI experience and international experience are desired. The role also requires knowledge of and compliance with customer-specific requirements and IATF 16949.
