Description

TMPC is hiring one full-time Program Manager for an on-site United States position. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related technical STEM discipline, at least five years of recent experience in air and missile defense weapon systems, and an active TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance. Responsibilities include preparing highly sensitive tactical products for Night Orders, Execution Orders, and Weapon System Engagement criteria, and coordinating multinational joint military exercises, operational planning, or simulation events within the United States Central Command area of responsibility. The position pays $120,000 or more, with compensation determined by experience.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Military Science, or a related technical STEM discipline
Required Previous Experiences: At least five years of recent experience in Theater Air and Missile Defense weapon systems operational and technical integration
Recent experience in air and missile defense weapon systems, fire control operations, or related defense programs
Prior experience as a military officer or senior non-commissioned officer in air defense artillery, missile defense, or weapon systems operations
Experience coordinating multinational joint military exercises, operational planning, or simulation events within the United States Central Command area of responsibility
