Trident Systems is hiring a Program Manager in Fairfax, Virginia, to lead one or more complex space flight programs from development through production. The role owns cost, schedule, risk, staffing, subcontractor performance, customer communication, financial reporting, and program growth, while partnering with engineering, product management, operations, supply chain, contracts, and finance teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least nine years of relevant experience, space or aerospace program experience, government contract experience, product development experience, PMP certification or the ability to obtain it within six months, and proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office. The full-time salary range is $110,000 to $205,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
