Trunk Tools is hiring an experienced Program Manager to own the delivery of its AI-Enabled GC program for top-20 general contractor accounts. The role manages end-to-end program plans, stage-gates, risk, resourcing, executive alignment, KPIs, adoption metrics, and reporting; orchestrates a delivery pod including Forward Deployed Experts, instructional design, and learning operations; and drives handoff to a self-sustaining customer capability. The position requires 6+ years of relevant program or change-management experience, travel of up to 30%, and offers flexible remote and hybrid work options.
