Description
The Program Manager is the senior-most delivery leader for a federal IT modernization program entering Phase 2. The role owns program scope, schedule, budget, quality, staffing, contractual compliance, governance, risk, and performance; leads a 150+ person matrixed organization; manages client executive and contracting-stakeholder relationships; and champions AI-augmented delivery across the software development lifecycle. The position is full-time, hybrid in Reston, Virginia and Washington, D.C.-area client locations, and requires 10+ years of program/project management experience, an active PMP certification, a bachelor's degree, U.S. citizenship, a background check, and a U.S. government clearance.
