Description
The Program Manager will lead large and complex technology programs, coordinate project teams and interdependencies, manage budgets and financial performance, oversee governance and risks, and drive process improvement, automation, digital technologies, and AI-enabled solutions. The role requires extensive large-scale project management experience, strategic planning, cross-functional and cross-geographic leadership, and the ability to work with C-suite executives, finance, purchasing, and suppliers. Candidates must be near a UL Solutions site and work hybrid, with three days onsite and two days remote.
