The role is on-site in Arlington, Virginia or Reston, Virginia and focuses on integrated program planning, schedule/budget/risk management, customer interface, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, finance, contracts, supply chain, and operations. The position requires 5-8+ years of program or project management experience, including government/aerospace/defense exposure, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and working knowledge of Agile methodologies. The role offers a $165,000-$215,000 salary range and includes comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage.
