USP is hiring an RSS/LSS Program Manager to manage technical assistance, capacity-building projects, and events or thought-leadership initiatives across its GHMS portfolios in West and Central Africa. The role coordinates with USP headquarters and in-country consultants, develops workplans and monitoring plans, manages timelines, budgets, sub-awardees, consultants, vendors, donor compliance, reporting, and stakeholder relationships, and represents GHMS externally. It is an individual-contributor role requiring a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences, public health, or a related field, at least five years of progressive public-health program management experience in low- and middle-income countries in Africa, and experience with funding agencies, international organizations, private foundations, and ministries of health.
