Description
Vadis is hiring a full-time Program Manager to administer Individual Employment placement services for people with disabilities. Reporting to the Program Director, the role coordinates agencies and significant others, recruits, screens, hires, trains, and supervises program personnel, manages budgets and billing, monitors contracts and compliance, supports client assessments and job development, and acts as a liaison to external funding sources. The position is office- and community-based and requires a BA/BS in Social Services or equivalent experience and training, with three years of professional employment experience.
