ValidaTek is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage the Defense Health Agency Web Services program. The role oversees complex IT projects and workstreams, coordinates technical and business stakeholders, manages budgets and financial forecasts, applies Agile and ITIL project management practices, leads change management, mitigates risks, and supports DoD healthcare IT standards and security protocols. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of program management experience, an active DoD Secret clearance, and PMP, CSM or CSPO, and ITILv4 certifications.
