Description

Valbin Corporation is seeking an experienced Program/Site Manager to support a potential contract at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. The role oversees contractor operations for combat training and pre-deployment training, manages personnel, schedules, resources, quality, and operational readiness, leads junior staff, coordinates with Government representatives, and monitors contract performance and risks. The position requires at least three years of management experience supporting combat training planning and execution, experience with pre-deployment training and operational readiness, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management or scheduling software.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least three years of management experience supporting combat training planning and execution
Experience supporting pre-deployment training exercises and operational readiness activities
Experience supervising, mentoring, and training junior personnel in a dynamic operational environment
Experience managing personnel schedules, workload distribution, and resource allocation across multiple functional areas
Experience managing project schedules, quality, cost, and performance objectives
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting U.S. Army or Department of Defense combat training centers, mission rehearsal exercises, or large-scale collective training events
Knowledge of military training doctrine, operational planning processes, and exercise lifecycle management
Previous experience managing contractor personnel under federal service contracts
Familiarity with quality control processes, risk management principles, and performance-based service contracts
