Description
The Program Manager will develop and maintain internal and external relationships, manage program award budgets, ensure on-time contract performance, handle contractual submittals, and serve as the customer-facing representative for Valcor. The role requires a thorough understanding of business, accounting, quality assurance, contracts, sales, manufacturing, and engineering concepts, along with at least five years of experience managing complex programs, financial skills, and excellent communication skills. A BSME or equivalent engineering degree is preferred, while an advanced degree and related aerospace experience are preferable but not required.
