Description
The Program Manager will serve as the primary customer-facing owner of program-level execution, translating customer needs and contractual commitments into coordinated internal delivery. Responsibilities include maintaining program plans and Jira-based schedules, tracking deliverables and acceptance criteria, coordinating schedules and risks across engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and external partners, running program cadences, and preparing customer-facing status materials. The role requires technical product design knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, program-management tooling experience, strong communication skills, and a bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or science.
