Description
Viant is hiring a Program Manager to own and launch medical implants and instruments from initial quoting through production stabilization. The role manages project timelines, critical paths, resources, budgets, customer expectations, lean manufacturing processes, and communication between customers and internal teams, while coaching staff and supporting manufacturing, quality, machining, and shop-floor operations. A bachelor’s degree in a technical field and at least seven years of business or technical experience, including two years of project management or new project introduction experience, are required; medical device or highly regulated-environment experience is desired.
