Description
The Program Manager oversees Wheeler's therapeutic child care program, providing clinical supervision, administrative oversight, program effectiveness, child and family counseling, assessments, trauma-informed and relationship-based interventions, and parent psychoeducation for children ages 3–5 and their caregivers. The role works with classroom therapists and interdisciplinary providers, supports classroom-based interventions, maintains clinical documentation, coordinates family and agency meetings, and provides reflective supervision. It is a full-time position in New Britain, Connecticut, with a salary of $74,000 and requires a graduate degree in a related clinical field plus three years of experience working with young children, along with Connecticut clinical licensure.
