Description
The Program Manager oversees Positive Health’s grant-funded Retention Adherence Program and Undetectables Peer Learning Network, coordinating treatment and adherence services, supervising Specialists and Peer Educators, managing a small UND client caseload, leading case conferences and quality improvement, and serving as a liaison with community partners and the Consumer Advisory Board. The role requires a master’s degree, at least three years of job-related experience, and offers a Monday-Friday schedule with a salary range of $70,000 to $75,000.
