Description
York Space Systems is hiring a Program Manager to own the full lifecycle of a single mission or small constellation, from proposal and design through build, test, launch, and operations. The role leads cross-functional teams, manages scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables; maintains the FFP contract baseline; communicates with customers and executives; and coordinates engineering, production, supply chain, finance, and operations teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least five years of complex hardware or software program leadership, cleared-environment experience, and TS/SCI eligibility. The position is fully onsite in Greenwood Village, Colorado, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
