Lyft is hiring an Autonomous Vehicle Audit and Compliance Program Manager to own end-to-end AV partner audits, evidence collection and submission, partner and third-party reviews, mitigation oversight, corrective-action tracking, audit logistics, and the development of repeatable audit playbooks. The role coordinates EHS, Legal, Safety, HR, IT, and Operations; maintains audit tracking systems; and serves as the primary audit contact for AV partners. It is an individual-contributor role at launch with potential growth into leading a small team, requires at least five years of relevant program management, compliance, quality assurance, or audit experience, and is a hybrid position based in Toronto.
