Hill International is hiring a Program Manager - Aviation in Miami, Florida to plan, organize, control, and evaluate aviation programs and projects; manage project teams and budgets; monitor contractual, financial, schedule, staffing, regulatory, and scope-change performance; and serve as the primary client contact. The role requires a bachelor's degree in architecture, civil or architectural engineering, construction management, or aviation-related study, at least 10 years of aviation facility program and construction management experience, extensive airport and airline operations knowledge, proposal development and technical communication skills, and the ability to travel.
