Description
AWS Developer Experience is hiring a Program Manager to own end-to-end operations, reporting, budgeting, process documentation, and the global expansion playbook for the AWS Builder Loft program. The role manages event calendaring, operational tooling, stakeholder communications, vendor staffing and contracts, CSAT and other feedback mechanisms, and cross-functional alignment with engineering, product, marketing, community management, and event technology teams. It requires at least three years of program or project management experience, process-improvement experience, Excel proficiency, and experience with budgets, financial reporting, contracts, and stakeholder management.
