Description
The Program Manager / BPA Lead will serve as the primary contractor executive responsible for administering and executing FCC business performance agreements and call orders, including staffing continuity, quality oversight, risk management, reporting, and coordination with contracting officer representatives. The role also oversees program reviews, documentation, transition services, and compliance with FCC security and IT access requirements, while supporting business case, risk, impact, benchmark, transition, and implementation planning. It requires at least 10 years of federal IT program management experience, direct FCC IT program or project management experience, and knowledge of FCC IT programs and environments.
