Amazon Brazil is hiring a Program Manager to lead technological integration and optimization across Brazil's operations. The role manages program portfolios and technology implementation strategies for systems such as DSP, routing, maps, SSD/QC, UTR, and PARP; coordinates with global, regional, and cross-functional teams; defines requirements; and improves operational metrics through localized technical solutions. The position requires a bachelor's degree, project or program management experience, cross-functional collaboration experience, process-improvement experience, advanced Excel and SQL knowledge, and fluent English at C1 level or above.
