CAMBA is hiring a full-time Program Manager in Bronx, New York to oversee a supportive housing program serving chronically homeless adults and families with chronic health conditions. The role reports to the Program Director and manages client confidentiality, staff supervision, training, performance appraisals, reporting, quality assurance, program data analysis, and coordination with funders and management. Candidates need a master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, experience with the Seriously and Persistently Mentally Ill population or equivalent experience, group-facilitation experience, and knowledge of supportive housing operations. Compensation is $80,000–$85,000 annually, with health and dental insurance and other benefits.
