Knox Systems is hiring a Program Manager, Business Operations to work with the Chief Operating Officer and lead high-priority programs, special projects, product initiatives, and operational improvements across the company. The role coordinates cross-functional work, supports KnoxAI product strategy and execution, improves business processes, develops workflows and reporting, analyzes operational data, and prepares executive materials. Candidates should have 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong program management and analytical skills, and the ability to influence teams without formal authority. The position offers $120,000–$130,000 in base compensation plus a variable annual bonus and equity, along with medical, dental, vision, life and disability, unlimited PTO, and an employee-funded 401(k) plan. U.S. citizenship is required, and employment is contingent on background screening.
