Compass is hiring a Program Manager, Business Integration (Integrated Services) to own the execution and accountability of business integration initiatives across title, escrow, mortgage, and emerging verticals. The role manages business cadence, cross-functional projects, OKRs and KPIs, change management, risk mitigation, strategic communications, and executive alignment. It requires 3–5+ years of experience in project management, business operations, corporate strategy, or a similar executive-interfacing role, with start-up experience preferred. The expected base salary is $114,000–$171,000 annually, with additional compensation and benefits available.
