Amazon is hiring a Program Manager to own and oversee the operations of its medical clinics across more than 40 office locations in India. The role ensures continuous availability of medicines, medical supplies, and nursing or clinical staff; manages vendor and staff transitions; governs clinical-service vendors; coordinates with Procurement, GREF, clinical teams, site leaders, and HR; standardizes clinic operations; ensures regulatory and licensing compliance; tracks operational metrics; and escalates clinic issues. The position is contract-only and requires a bachelor's degree or above, at least four years of program or project management experience, and Microsoft Office knowledge.
