H-CAP is hiring a full-time Senior Program Manager in California to lead the implementation of a project expanding LMCC’s workforce capacity through training and career advancement opportunities. The role manages state and federal grant operations, stakeholder support, RFPs, program evaluation, reporting, compliance, and coordination with staff and contractors, while requiring travel to program sites across the United States. The position requires at least 10 years of project management experience, union or labor-management experience, Salesforce and Excel proficiency, grant-reporting experience, healthcare and workforce-development knowledge, and strong communication and organizational skills.
