Description
The Program Manager - Care Link provides clinical and administrative leadership for an intake and assessment program in a behavioral health outpatient or community setting. The role supervises and develops intake and assessment staff, oversees clinical operations, quality, compliance, documentation, audits, and program outcomes, coordinates resources and community partnerships, and supports strategic initiatives. It requires a master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related behavioral health field, current Ohio LISW or LPCC licensure with a supervisory designation, at least two years of behavioral health clinical experience, and proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office.
