Description
Google is hiring a Program Manager for Category Supply and Demand Planning to own the end-to-end supply and demand plan and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) engine for a specific Pixel product category. The role leads cross-functional projects from early engagement through new product introduction and end-of-life, develops long-term supply and demand strategies, influences the plan of record, manages capacity and launch decisions, and uses advanced analytics and enterprise planning tools to support executive decision-making. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, five years of program or project management experience, and experience with supply planning, supply chain management, or S&OP in consumer hardware, telecommunications, or technology. Compensation is $159,000–$230,000 USD plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
