Description
The Program Manager - Center-Based Program provides direct leadership, supervision, accountability, and operational oversight for assigned Early Head Start and/or Head Start center-based locations. The role manages staff performance, coaching and development, compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards and applicable regulations, routine issue resolution, and escalation when additional authority or resources are needed. The position offers an annual salary of $52,000-$58,000, a hiring bonus, 401K, paid time off, health, dental, vision, and other insurance benefits, and professional development opportunities.
