Amazon Logistics is hiring a Program Manager to improve processes and technology within its Central Operations team, which supports last-mile delivery, route planning, scheduling, on-road management, and delivery operations. The role manages multiple projects, coordinates with operations, product, engineering, analysts, and BI engineers, identifies risks, ensures project timelines and resource needs, and helps solve complex system-reliability problems. Candidates need at least two years of program or project management experience, three years of Computerized Maintenance Management System experience, three years of maintenance planning or scheduling experience, advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills, and a relevant bachelor's degree or two years of Amazon RME experience.
