MAHUBE-OTWA is hiring a full-time, partially remote Program Manager for its Child Care Programs Department to oversee Child Care Assistance and Family, Friend, and Neighbor Programs. The role involves supervising staff, writing grants, managing program administration, budgets, and data, building partnerships, supporting child care providers, and expanding culturally diverse child care access in Minnesota. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in administration, social work, or psychology, at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to travel within the service area and conduct client/home visits.
