Group14 is hiring a Program Manager focused on the China market to lead product qualification programs with major Chinese battery manufacturers and OEMs. The role manages milestones from sampling through scale-up, serves as the primary technical and operational interface for Chinese accounts, coordinates cross-functional R&D, Quality, Operations, and Finance activities, resolves program risks, and plans customer technical reviews and factory audits. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Mandarin and English fluency, at least five years of professional experience including three or more in program, project, or technical account management, and willingness to travel internationally approximately 20–30%. The position offers a base salary of $110,000–$150,000 USD and medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, paid time off, and stock option benefits.
