Ethernovia is hiring a Program Manager (Chip Development) in San Jose, California to lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of complex integrated circuits for automotive applications. The role manages program scope, schedules, budgets, risks, customer relationships, and cross-functional execution while ensuring compliance with ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434, and Automotive SPICE. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field, at least 8 years of semiconductor industry experience including 3–5 years in chip development program or project management, and strong knowledge of ASIC/SoC development, semiconductor fabrication, verification, and automotive safety and cybersecurity standards. The position offers a base salary of $150,000–$230,000, pre-IPO stock options, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
