Description
The role provides administrative oversight and clinical services for assigned youth prevention and treatment programs. Responsibilities include program management, data collection, budget reporting, document preparation, electronic health records, billing, scheduling, intakes, credentialing, individual and group counseling, staff and clinician training, and stakeholder meetings. The position requires a master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field, program management experience, and experience with youth prevention and treatment models. The salary is $70,000–$75,000 per year to start, with health care benefits, paid leave, and a 401(k) plan.
