Description
Molina Healthcare is hiring a remote Program Manager who must live in the United States. The role leads internal business projects and programs involving departmental and cross-functional subject matter experts, from design through competition and vendor implementation. Responsibilities include planning and directing schedules and budgets, monitoring progress, overseeing external vendors, managing program budgets, supporting governance and portfolio management, tracking performance metrics, coordinating meetings, and creating requirements, test plans, traceability matrices, training materials, and reports. The position requires at least four years of program or project management experience, operational process improvement experience, managed care experience, Microsoft Project and Visio experience, and strong communication skills.
