Description
The employer is seeking a PM/Business Architect to support the Contract Enablement workstream within Program Phoenix, an enterprise legal technology transformation initiative. The role partners with Contract Enablement technology leaders, manages workstream planning and milestones, coordinates Legal, IT, and implementation partners, and supports Sirion CLM deployment activities including template harmonization, DocuSign integration, attorney routing workflows, and identity and access management design. The ideal candidate has Contracting tool implementation experience, preferably Sirion CLM, along with contract lifecycle management, business analysis, process documentation, and legal-technical translation skills.
