VARITE is hiring a Program Manager, Commercial Learning & Development, New to Role Training to plan, deliver, and improve virtual and in-person learning programs for US Commercial employees. The role coordinates training logistics, stakeholder and vendor partnerships, project plans, learner engagement, compliance, attendance, feedback, and program metrics. It is a remote contract lasting 18 months with occasional travel to meetings and training events in Foster City, California, or other United States locations, paying $65.00–$68.34 per hour on W2. A bachelor's degree and at least five years of professional experience in training, learning and development, project management, or leadership development are required; pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience is preferred.
