Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City is hiring a full-time Program Manager, Community Based Mentoring, to support and supervise approximately 55 youth mentoring matches. The role provides ongoing supervision to mentors, mentees, and parents; conducts intake interviews and psychosocial assessments; maintains case records; monitors safety and program compliance; leads group activities; and provides referrals and crisis support. The position is based in New York City on a hybrid schedule requiring two in-person days per week and pays $50,000-$55,000.
