Description
Stripe is hiring a full-stack program manager to build and scale its Competitive Programs capability. The role will create repeatable competitive-program infrastructure, lead P0 and P1 programs, coordinate cross-functional deal-triage and swarm mechanisms, translate market and deal signals into actions, report program health to executive leadership, and operationalize company-wide competitive initiatives. The position requires 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, GTM strategy, management consulting, or a related discipline, along with strong executive communication, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills.
