Meta is hiring a Program Manager for its Compliance & Assurance team to support new-product compliance, AI and product-launch compliance, regulatory reporting, risk mitigation, and cross-functional oversight. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, AI, and audit teams; embeds compliance evaluations in product lifecycles; uses AI tools to scale monitoring and oversight; and prepares materials for regulators, committees, and external auditors. Candidates need at least six years of experience in security, technology risk, GRC, trust and safety, or a related discipline, along with experience in cross-functional programs, external regulatory or certification reporting, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
