McLeod Centers for Wellbeing is hiring a full-time Program Manager for its Opioid Treatment Program in Concord, North Carolina. The onsite role runs Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 12:30 PM for 37.5 hours per week and oversees staffing, training, onboarding, program objectives, compliance, budgeting, multidisciplinary care coordination, and community partnerships. Candidates need at least three years of leadership experience and CADC or clinical licensure; fully licensed or associate-licensed candidates, LCAS, or a master’s degree are preferred.
