Description
Meter is hiring a Program Manager for Connect to own the customer-facing fulfillment experience for installing and managing internet connections across thousands of locations. The role coordinates internal Customer Success, Operations, and Engineering teams with external internet service providers, riser companies, and property managers; develops installation playbooks and validation processes; identifies process friction; and improves efficiency, velocity, and customer experience at a global scale. The position is hybrid in San Francisco and offers a base salary of $100,000 to $170,000 plus equity participation.
