Gotion Inc. is hiring a Program Manager, Construction & Energy Infrastructure to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of energy infrastructure projects, including the Pioneer Power Station BESS and future hub deployments. The role manages program schedules, budgets, risks, contractors, permitting, interconnection, energization, safety, and site logistics while serving as the owner's on-site representative. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of program or project management experience including two years in construction management or owner's representative capacity, and regular on-site presence at the Manteno facility and construction sites. The full-time U.S. base salary range is $155,000 to $220,000, with eligibility for a 15% bonus and benefits.
