Amazon is hiring a Program Manager with Content Design experience to own the end-to-end content lifecycle for Last Mile Operations training. The role creates, maintains, and optimizes instructional content across ILT, e-learning, video, Canva, and other modalities; manages intake, scoping, delivery, stakeholder relationships, vendors, localization, and content optimization; and supports AI-assisted content development. The position requires at least three years of program or project management experience, three years developing interactive eLearning with Articulate 360, and one year creating visual training assets with Canva. The role is based in Nashville, Tennessee; Arlington, Virginia; and Bellevue, Washington, with annual base salaries ranging from $66,800 to $129,800 depending on location.
