Description
Colliers is seeking a Programme Manager to lead and govern a high-performance delivery programme for a global financial services client. The role oversees project planning and delivery, reporting, risk and change control, stakeholder coordination, design and fit-out integration, project controls, contractor performance, procurement, commercial claims, HSE practices, and cross-functional team leadership. Candidates need at least 20 years of real estate experience, 10–15 years of programme or project management experience in corporate workplaces, experience delivering for globally governed clients, and a degree in Architecture; PMP, Prince2, or RICS qualifications are preferred.
