Babylist is hiring a CS Enablement Program Manager to build and continuously improve the knowledge base, SOPs, training, and AI-powered workflows that support human and AI customer support agents. The role owns the CS Enablement function from the ground up, including knowledge-base accuracy, AI copilot adoption, agent training, SOP development, workflow automation, and cross-functional partnership with BizOps, Product, Analytics, and engineering teams. The position is remote-first for employees across the United States and Canada and offers a starting salary of $140,000 to $170,000, with company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance.
